The Ideal Candidate:
Candidates should have a minimum 3 years experience actively injecting botox, fillers and Sculptra. They are proficient in modern injection techniques including cannula, and have experience treating with lasers (including BBL, CO2, CoolPeel, etc). The practice prides themselves on a Natural Aesthetic Philosophy, so the ideal candidate would have a preference for natural-looking results that keep our patients happy and coming back rather than overloading them to optimize short-term sales. As for Credentials and Continuing Education, the candidate must be a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Associate, or Registered Nurse. They must also have a drive and commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and products within the aesthetic field. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, the candidate must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. These are essential to our practice, our team, our brand, and our patients. We need a team player that will win with us. They must have the ability to calm nervous patients with their tone, knowledge, experience and expertise. They will have the ability and take the time to understand the patients goals, manage their expectations, and compassionately follow-up.
